From beginner to pro — blind structures for every player profile
Beyond Hold'em and Omaha, explore other variants
Poker has a special relationship with Brazil. The country has produced world-class players who have competed and won at the biggest tables on the planet — and the Brazilian passion for a well-timed bluff, knowing exactly when to go all-in or fold a bad hand, is something any regular at the felt recognizes immediately. ne555 was built to channel all of that into an online platform that truly respects the Brazilian player.
Unlike other casino games where the outcome is purely down to luck, poker is a game of skill, decision-making, and reading your opponents. That means a dedicated player who puts in the time to study theory and review their hands has a real edge over someone playing on instinct alone. ne555 makes that process easier with tables at every buy-in level — from microstakes for beginners all the way up to midstakes for more experienced players.
Texas Hold'em is, without question, the most popular variant among Brazilian players — and for good reason. The combination of two hole cards and five community cards creates a near-endless range of tactical and strategic situations, making every session different from the last. At ne555, you'll find Hold'em tables in 6-max and full ring format, cash game and tournament play, for any schedule and any bankroll.
For players who've already mastered Hold'em and are looking for a new challenge, Pot-Limit Omaha is the natural next step. With four hole cards instead of two, PLO opens up far more complex combinations and bigger pots, drawing players who love intense action and tough decisions. ne555 has PLO tables running at lowstakes and midstakes, with steady traffic for most of the day.

Quick reference for Texas Hold'em and Omaha
Hand rankings apply to Texas Hold'em and its variants. Odds calculated for a standard 52-card deck.
More chips to play with, more time to improve your game
Core theory every serious player needs to master
Outs are the cards that can complete your hand. If you have a flush draw on the flop, you have 9 outs. The quick rule: multiply your outs by 2 for each remaining card (x2 on the turn, x4 on the flop) and you'll get a solid estimate of your chances of hitting.
Pot odds are the ratio between what you need to call and what's already in the pot. If the pot is R$ 100.00 and someone bets R$ 25.00, you're paying R$ 25.00 to win R$ 125.00 — odds of 5:1. If your chance of winning is better than 1 in 5, that call has positive EV.
Playing in position (acting after your opponents) is one of the biggest edges in poker. At ne555, prioritize playing speculative hands from the button or cutoff, and tighten up in early positions where you'll be first to act on most streets.
For cash games, the general rule is to have at least 20 to 30 full buy-ins for the stake you're playing. If your bankroll on ne555 is R$ 100.00, stick to the R$ 0.05/R$ 0.10 tables (maximum buy-in of R$ 10.00). This keeps you protected against the natural variance of the game.
Before any decision, consider how the board (community cards) interacts with your opponent's range. A coordinated A-K-Q flop favors early position ranges more than yours. A 7-2-2 rainbow flop hits very few hands — a good spot to bluff or c-bet.
Ne555 keeps a full record of your hand history. Use this feature to review sessions, spot recurring mistakes, and figure out where you're leaving money on the table. Reviewing your hands is what separates players who improve from those who stay stuck at the same level.

Online poker in Brazil has grown significantly in recent years. With the expansion of mobile connectivity and the rise of Pix as an instant payment method, it became much easier for Brazilian players to deposit, play, and withdraw without the friction that kept many people away in the past. ne555 was built in that context to be a platform genuinely designed with Brazilians in mind — not just translated into Portuguese.
One of the things that sets ne555 apart from generic platforms is the attention paid to the playing environment. Healthy online poker tables need a balance between recreational and regular players — too many sharks at the table drives away players who are there to have fun, which eventually kills the traffic. ne555's table policy is designed to maintain that balance, with rules that curb some of the more predatory behavior and make the experience more enjoyable for everyone.
For beginners, the most valuable advice is simple: play microstakes until you have a solid grasp of the basics, then move up. A lot of players lose money by trying to skip steps. ne555 offers tables starting at R$ 0.05/R$ 0.10, which means you can play hundreds of hands with a R$ 10.00 buy-in while learning the game without risking much.
The daily freerolls at ne555 are another way to learn at no cost. You face real players in a real tournament setting, make decisions under clock pressure, practice short-stack play, and get a feel for how MTT dynamics work — all without risking a single cent. It's a learning tool most players underuse, but one that can seriously speed up development for a beginner.
For more advanced players, ne555's High Roller tournaments with a guaranteed R$ 25,000.00 prize pool are a real shot at significant returns for a reasonable buy-in. And the rakeback program — which returns up to 30% for VIP players — makes a concrete difference in the monthly results of anyone putting in volume at the cash tables. These are the details that show ne555 was built for serious players, not just casual ones.
